Set language to vocabulary. The vocabulary will have a global language and it will only show up for pages in that language.
SO we can see: Sports is a localizable vocabulary. You will be able to translate term names and descriptions using the translate interface pages.
At the same way ,we can translate the menus too using the translate interface pages.
If we can see the vocabulary in the translate interface, we should refresh..
